Any item you order from us can be returned to us unused and in its original condition within seven days for a full refund, exchange or replacement. Please fill in the returns form provided with your name and address and whether you would like to exchange, replace or have a refund on the item.

We cannot except returned goods that have arrived damaged or worn, any lost item will not be credited. We do not refund the delivery charge on the original order.

Io Silver Jewellery are happy to exchange any goods that are damaged in transit to the order destination and we will replace the item as soon as we can with no extra delivery cost. If any goods arrive broken then please let us know within three working days.

Our guarantee covers our products from manufacturing faults but not from misuse whilst wearing or storing. To keep all out pieces looking their best please remove when undertaking manual work, swimming and bathing. It is also best not to wear silver jewellery when cleaning or applying perfume.

Silver is a white metal that is easy to manipulate int interesting designs and finishes by skilled craftspeople with care to get the best out of this precious metal. The majority of our jewellery is polished to a high shine finish that is reflective and lustrous.

Over time, the knocks and scrapes of every day life begin to show on the surface, particularly bangles, bracelets and rings as they more often come into contact with other surfaces.

Depending on how often you wear your jewellery, an item can begin to show signs of ' wear and tear' in relation to that. For example if a cherished ring was worn everyday it would take more bumps and scratches then say a necklace which barely comes into contact with anything apart from your neck.

We suggest that to keep a high shine on your jewellery that care should be simple. A quick rub over with a silver cloth keeps the shine on your jewellery.

If you are worried about silver tarnishing then we recommend that the best thing to do is to wear the item regularly. Otherwise a quick wipe with the silver cloth will take away the tinges of yellowness on the jewellery. Silver cloths are permeated with a anti-tarnish polish which in the long term helps protect the finish of your jewellery.

To clean jewellery with stones set into it then use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush. Dry with a soft cloth and polish with a silver cloth to bring the shine back.
